Delivery, Refund, and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your order is confirmed, you can expect it to arrive within 2 to 5 working days.

Packaging Requirement

Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during return shipping.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:

• A product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 – 7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
3. Contact your bank—there is often some processing time before the refund appears.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at sales@lkautofactors.com and send the item to our return address.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once the returned item is received.
• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Important Note

• If you are returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
• We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
